Chocolate Zucchini Cookies

Reviewed on Sep. 7, 2008 by heidihh1
These taste really good with the addition of chocolate chips. By accident used too much shortening so mine are pretty soft. To cut calories, I think it could use less than half cup of shortening and 2 cups of zucchini due to the moisture content of the zucchini.

Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler

Reviewed on Aug. 21, 2008 by DEMOREO
This was wonderful and very easy. I also doubled the top crumble part like others had suggested. I am glad I did. I do not think a single batch would be anywhere near enough. Excellent. Thank you for this one.

Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

Reviewed on Aug. 11, 2008 by porkchop
The texture for this bread is really great, and the spices were just the right amount. However, I thought the pineapple and coconut flavors both got a little lost in the finished product. I think I would leave out the cherries and make up the difference with more pineapple and coconut next time.
