Risotto with Tomato, Corn and Basil

Reviewed on Jul. 17, 2008 by duchessmellie
It was delicious and easy to make. I didn't get tired at all from the stirring. I used frozen corn, which I didn't think mattered. I loved the fresh basil in this recipe.

Guy Approved Meatloaf

Reviewed on Jul. 8, 2008 by duchessmellie
I only used 1 lb of meatloaf and cut the ingredients by a 1/3rd. Turned out great. I also didn't have any foil.

Heavenly Hot Dog Sauce

Reviewed on Jun. 26, 2008 by kayline
The cooking technique makes this chili the PERFECT consistency! It would also work well for preparing taco filling. I strongly recommend the addition of 2 T. cumin to give it real chili flavor. 1 T. each of onion and garlic powder are also nice additions. Thanks for the super recipe!!!!
