Ranch Burgers

Very good burger!! I used plain breadcrumbs and skipped the onions since my hubby doesn't like them. I think it would have been great with them!! Very moist burger and refreshing change from just a plain burger.

Rhubarb Bread I

Reviewed on Jun. 16, 2008 by Beth
I have made this bread a couple of times its so yummy!! I made it without the topping to cut some fat but yesterday I made it with the toppng for fun and the whole house smelled wonderful!! I substituted applesauce for oil and whole wheat flour for white. That way I don't feel as guilty when I eat the whole loaf!!

Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

Reviewed on Jun. 16, 2008 by Beth
This Jam is really yummy!! I doubled the batch so I could have some extra on hand. I used 10 heaping cups of rhubarb and only 4 cups of sugar. It was plenty sweet still. Great recipe to use up lots of rhubarb! My picky 4 year old loves this jam!!
