No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed on Nov. 27, 2008 by branchan
I used a store-bought chocolate graham cracker crust, put whipped cream over the top of it, and sprinkled with chocolate chips. My only complaint with this recipe is that it doesn't tell you what to do with it after it goes in the freezer, like how long does it stay there or when to take it out. I had to call my Grandma and ask her because she usually makes this for every holiday. Either way, it was perfect for my first Thanksgiving dinner away from home!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed on Nov. 27, 2008 by branchan
Very easy, very good. I used a graham cracker crust and added 2 tbs of pumpkin pie spice instead of the individual cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. The only thing I should have done was bake the crust a little before filling. It mushed up a little in the middle.
