A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

A great recipe for the busy cook. Very basic, but very good! I added just a little chopped garlic to the butter as it was melting. Love the garlic in this house!

World's Best Lasagna

This was spectacular! My husband loved it, as well as my parents who I took several pieces too. My mom asked me for the recipe! The fresh basil really does make a difference.

Apple Crisp IV

Would have been better if I had made it. My mother baked this, and the "Crisp" turned into more of a huge, soggy, oatmeal cookie on top of apple slices. Would have probably been delicious.
