this was very good except a little too salty. I substituted veg broth for the chicken so my veggie daughter would eat it. basically very easy and tasty. May try cheddar next time instead of velveeta and see if it comes out smoothly.

Vegetable Risotto

I loved this althought I didn;t make it exactly as written. I left out the mushrooms and spinach b/c my kids wouldn't eat it then. I also substtuted veg broth for the chicken so my veggie daughter would eat it. Otherwise, followed the recipe and it was delicious. We ate the entire serving in one meal so will be making this again soon.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

My family really enjoyed this although I think next time I'll thin it down w/a little milk. The sauce was very thick but it was very tasty. I did sneak on some of the french's onions on top and that does add something. I also used fresh green beans since I can't stand the canned ones. Basically a really good recipe.

Creamed Spinach

this was good but it did not come out very creamy but rather like a casserole-solid dorm. the taste was fine but it was not the consistency I was expecting.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I did not care for this at all but I think it's due to I couldn't find ground turkey sausage and had to substitute a kielbasa type turkey item. It was pretty gross. I would like to make it again w/the right kind of sausage since this got such good reviews.

Cranberry Sauce I

I will NEVER buy the canned stuff again!!! This was so easy and had an unbelievabley fresh taste. And it took 10 minutes to make. Once you try this, you'll never go back to Ocean Spray.

Libby's® Pumpkin Cranberry Bread

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Super Easy recipe and tasted very good. I used a blend of mozarella and cheddar cheese. It was a little bland for me. Next time I would like to add more seasoning like onion powder, and a dash of cayenne pepper. I baked for 45 minutes. This recipe makes 2 quiches.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
