My husband and son feel it really isn't dinner unless there is meat on their plate...I can go either way. As you can imagine, every family dinner is a challenge to please everyone!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

This was delicious! I have made this twice now and each time it has been a hit! So easy to make and I usually have everything on hand...especially in the summer when the herbs and tomatoes are plentiful.
