Portuguese Sweet Bread I

Reviewed on Oct. 11, 2008 by CAPECHEF
I, as many of the other reviewers, do not use a bread machine, I much prefer using a kitchen aid, bread pans and an oven. Anyway... I added some cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of ginger and used this to make French Toast, it was amazing! This is a very easy bread to make, the dough is softer than I usually make, but I stuck to the reciep and am glad I did.

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed on Sep. 7, 2008 by Melhenn27
I agree with all other reviews, these taste just like the poppers you buy at restaurants! I omitted the bacon bits and used egg mixed with a little water instead of milk to dip them in and they were fantastic! And I definitely recommend doing the triple battering!

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Reviewed on Aug. 8, 2008 by Andi
I am assuming no one actually needed a recipe for grilled cheese...but I melt the butter in the pan first toast one side of the sandwich, add more butter, flip and toast the other side. No more ripped bread. I am known for my superior grilled cheese sandwiches. Also a pie iron over a campfire makes a killer grilled cheese!
