Chocolate Covered Cherries

Taco Dip I

Very tasty. The only thing I didn't do was the lettuce. Made it in the morning and let it sit in the fridge so the flavors could blend.

This was fun and shows really well. I had problems with the breadsticks sliding off, but it cooked well. I filled it with cut up veggies.

We really enjoyed this tasty and filling dish! Great way to use leftover ham. I added some french fried onions instead of regular onion, used dried parsley and shredded cheddar jack cheese. Definately a repeat recipe, so thanks!

Chicken Potato Bake

This is very tasty without all the hassle. Prep time is very quick. I took the advice from others and microwaved my potato to soften them slightly. The only thing I added in addition to what the recipe called for was alittle garlic salt. I CAN NOT REMEMBER THE LAST TIME WE DID NOT HAVE LEFT OVERS! I will definately make again.

I just made these and they came out very good! I think I didn't make them thin enough when I spread the batter out, but they still tasted delicious, definitely going to be trying them again :)

Macaroni and Cheese with Ground Beef, Salsa and Green Chiles

We loved this!! I halved the recipe (but ended up using the whole box of pasta because the cheese sauce made so much) used 3/4 of salsa, and added in some leftover sliced olives. We were out of chili powder, so I used cumin and garlic powder.

Curried Coconut Chicken

This was superb. Took the advice of another reviewer and let it simmer uncovered. Minor change. I did 3 Tbls of regular curry and 1 Tbls of hot curry just personal preference. With the additional curry it was not to much. Will put this on regular rotation.

Wrapped Salmon

I make this quite often. It's especially good for a "company" dinner. I have made it in bite-sized portions for a cocktail party. It was a real hit!
