Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

WOW!!! I made this for Thanksgiving and got praises from every single person who tried it!!! They cleaned the plate and it really was outstanding. I followed a reviewer's recommendation: to use pumpkin pie filling rather than pumpkin and the corresponding seasonings. The layers came out so nice and clean. One of the best desserts I've ever made. The same day I was asked to make it again. Will do. Thank you!!!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Outstanding! I made this quiche for my family as part of a brunch the Friday after Thanksgiving. This was yummy. Followed the recipe to the T. Thank you. Got lots of compliments.

Christmas Cranberry Salad

This was very good and I tried it the first time this Thanksgiving, everyone loved it the only thing I did different, I added 2 cubed red apples and frozen whipped cream.
