Ham and Cheese Breakfast Quiche

Reviewed on Nov. 28, 2008 by GaPeachMommy
We had this for dinner, actually. It was a hit ~ even to my 9 year old daughter who detests ham. She asked for seconds. I basically followed the recipe...but I had a huge bag of hashbrowns, so I doubled the eggs and cream and cheese. I made it in two different dishes. One was a not so deep but large stoneware dish and the other was in a deep pie dish. The deeper one came out way more fluffy. I think that next time, I will put it all together in one because of the fluffiness. This is a keeper :)

Yummmmmmmmmy :) My fave recipe! I made this last year for Thanksgiving and got requests to bring it for this years dinner :) I omit the nuts because my son is allergic, but it is so good without that you just don't miss it!

Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Reviewed on Nov. 15, 2008 by GaPeachMommy
These cookies tasted very good...they were moist and had a perfect taste...but they didn't hold together well. The only thing that I changed was with the brown sugar/white sugar. I didn't have enough of brown sugar, so I added a little bit more white and added a tbsp. of molasses (that is all that brown sugar is anyhow). I have had this problem before with oatmeal cookies, though.
