tapenade

Hailing from France's Provence region, tapenade is a thick paste made from capers, anchovies, ripe olives, olive oil, lemon juice, seasonings and sometimes small pieces of tuna. It's used as a
CONDIMENT and served with
CRUDITÉS, fish, meat, etc.
