I whipped this up for the 4th of July at the last minute, and everyone loved it. Didn't have any cumin, but the flavor was still great. I'm making it again tonight! Thanks for a great, fast and easy recipe.

Delicious! I've found a new favorite. Especially when I go to buy flat leaf parsely in the store & mistakenly pick up cilantro... now I have a use for it! Yum-yum, can't wait to share this one with my sisters!!

Excellent, fresh tasting and delicious. Rave reviews and many asked for recipe at picnic we went too. I added a bit too much lime juice and will cut down on that next time (added more than recipe called for). Can't wait to try on shrimp on grill!

So YUMMY! The only thing I did not have was lime juice so I used lemon and it still worked out great! I followed everything as indicated.

this recipe is very similar to the peruvian cilantro sauce i had in a restaurant. it would have been much better if i didnt add quite as much cilantro. i would suggest adding a little at a time and continue to taste. tasted great on soft tacos. im going to make some peruvian fried rice and eat it with that, hopefully it will battle the boldness of the cilantro

Delicious! Only change I made was to add two garlic cloves and wow! Great as a dip, or spread. I used it as a sauce to go with the Tequila Lime shrimp also found on this site.

This would probably be fantastic IF the cumin and garlic powder measurements were reversed. I used a generous 1/2 tsp of cumin and 1 1/2 tsp of garlic powder (I had a hunch that 2 tsp was too much) - and despite cutting back on the garlic powder it was still too much (I had a garlic aftertaste for hours afterwards). Also - if you're looking to cut back on fat - try neufchâtel (1/3 less fat cream cheese). I did use sour cream as called for but you can easily substitute yogurt as well (healthier - but since only 1 T is required it doesn't make much of a difference). I served the sauce on top of grilled Red Snapper (marinated in fresh lemon and lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, pepper, and cumin).

Very tasty. We had a bbq and couldn't get enough of the stuff. I used cilantro fresh from the garden. Yummy. Instead of tomatillo salsa, I substituted my husband's fresh tomato salsa. Maybe made it better?

Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe! I used fresh garlic and a bit of powdered ancho chili pepper to spice it up and put it on carne asada wraps - will use this on all kinds of dishes!

This makes a really great dip for crackers and even veggies, but I rated it 4 stars for the vagueness of the recipe...I wasn't sure what a "bunch" of cilantro was so I just chopped up about a 1/4 cup, added it, and then just kept adding a little at a time til it was right for me. Cilantro has a very strong flavor though so I didn't want to overdo it. Also, I found tomatillo salsa as Green Salsa here (I used the hot stuff). Its a very refreshing, distinc flavor though which was really nice.

I had all the ingredients available, so I decided to try this dish. It was soooo good! It reminded me of the green sauces that I would get at Mexican restaurants in the area. I also added serrano peppers and used a pretty spicy tomatillo sauce, and that gave the dip a great kick. Thanks for the recipe!
