This recipe is to die for. I kept snacking on it while it was chilling because it was so good!!! I did change some things. I sub'd one tbsp of red wine vinegar for balsamic and doubled the garlic. I did not use sausage, and instead added fresh chopped red pepper, fresh parsley, and shredded carrots. This was so authentic and tasty... I feel like eating leftovers for breakfast! Even my boyfriend who specifically doesn't like pasta LOVED THIS, he RAVED about it.
