INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
3 cups cooked rice
1 (15 ounce) can sloppy joe sauce
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the rice, sloppy joe sauce, corn, mushrooms and seasoned salt.
Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

We really enjoyed this recipe. I have to admit, it sounded a little odd when I read it, but Im so glad we tried it! It was very easy, and had lots of flavor. I did use cheddar cheese on top instead. We will be definately making this again in the future.Thanks!!

MY BOYFRIEND LOVED IT. I MADE IT FOR MY STUDENTS AT A POTLUCK AND THEY LOVED IT! PEOPLE KEEP ASKING ME FOR THE RECIPE. MMMM IT WAS SO GOOD AND SOO EASY.

This was pretty good however I used a package of sloppy joe seasoning and 5 oz can of tomotoe paste and 1 1/4 of water. I also added some of my own spices and some homeade hot salsa. Awesome way to use left over rice.
